I have like 3 yrs of exp. working as a java consultant. Now i want to change my career to other field. Can you all suggest me alternative path.

What is java consulate? Is this senior position of US Visa Consulate? :P
If not and you meant Java Consultant then I think Hadoop is way to go for you. Java is a requirement for Hadoop Map reduce programming and it's market is booming
