Anyone on this boat ? My wife came to us on H4. She applied TPS and EAD. My hi1b expires on November so does her H4 too. Employer has started renewal for H1b. Should I process for her H4 too or wait for TPS. Any suggestions ? Thanks

Since you are renewing your H1B visa, applying H4 is the best option which gives her dependent status as long your H1B is valid. TPS is just a temporary status.
