I am trying to figure out best way for me to go to Nepal and come back. I am currently in H1B and I'd TPS and EAD until 06/24/2019.

I would kindly appreciate if some could answer few questions I have.
1. TPS is auto extended so I don't have to file for it again?
2. I had EAD with same end date and per USCIS website, it says EAD has been auto extended until 01/04/2021. So, if does that mean I can work with TPS EAD with expiry date of 06/24/2019 until I get my new EAD?
3. H1B stamping process. Do we know if H1B stamping is approved reject or accepted on same day? If approved or denied, do they take passport keep it day or two and stamp? or on denial case, they give us passport right away? Do they stamp?

Thanks

1. True
2. True
3. Same day, yes. If denied then they do not need your passport lol. If approved they give it back to you in a few days.
But if you want to keep your TPS as well, make sure you get advance parole, without that if you leave the country your TPS will be forfeited. But since you have h1b I don’t see the point of caring about TPS.

Thanks @pyackman. My biggest concern was number 2. I am planning to get expedite AP for medical emergency condition. My concern was if I come back with TPS my H1B will be void and I won't have EAD to work. But that answer my question.

To further clarify number 3. If denied do they stamp on passport like denial? I am concerned because I am with consultancy and I had worked under table during school days.

Thanks

One of my friends just got his H1B stamped from Nepal. He also did work outside when on F1 status. They would not know unless you have used your SSN.
