i have question to sajha readers about k2 visa (child of fiancee under 21 and unmarried )
21 years age bar to children is applied when us citizen apply for i-129F form first time OR
21 years age bar is applied at the time uscis approves i-129F form OR
21 years age bar to children is applied at the time of fiancee marriage upon US arrival OR
21 years age bar is applied at the time of k2 visa granted
????????????????????????????????????????????


PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN THIS 21 YEARS IS APPLIED DURING ISSUANCE OF K2 VISA
