I do not know about the place where you can get them. But I am sure you know about it, the online sellers.

In nepal

In USA


There are downloadable pdf files too, but looks like you have to meet certain criterion like paper size, quality etc.

It's paper is different , trying to avoid mistake otherwise it will delay the process.

Try calling your nearest local police station also (where you are now). They may have an idea of how to procure them the earliest or cheapest way maybe than buying over Amazon for like 20 bucks.
