i've been listening to the international news on nepal, bbc, cnn, npr, etc. and it always cracks me up when the news anchor has to pronounce "gyanendra." there's a little pause after "king", and then an emphasis on the gyyyya syllable. prejudices aside, most women think he's is better looking than most nepali men his age.

It's not the his physical look I was trying to refer to. It's his power what he did to it by himself. If he had not intervened in 2002 nobody could touch anything from what he already had by now. Look at his position now. Bandarko hatma nariwal bhaneko yahi hoina? Nariwal ta pakka mitho bhayo hola ni kehi bera samma. He never thought that Nariwal was explosive which every single Nepalis knew.
