is it right to execute leader in another country under american law in 21st century by the country who talks abt human rights? If he is hanged y not other leaders like prachanda n baburam? If someone kills a person is it right to kill that person? some ppl call this a genocide some call it justice. but it is completely unhuman to kill a human life, he should have been kept in prison all of his life. anyways it is american law. but taking life is not justice.
