How do you distinguish what race of people are you talking with let say on phone in Nepal.

Situation: You picked up the phone. Someone from other end talks to you. Remember you don't share the names or last name. Talked for few minutes.

What are the characteristics that makes you feel that you are talking with Bahun, Tamang, Tibetains, Newas and others. Don't consider the tones. What different sentence structures make it difference.
