Do you know of instances when journalists in Nepal were fired/disciplined by their organisation, FNJ or Press Council for violating professional code of ethics?

while visiting mysansar.com long time back (I guess, less than a year), a guy named Krishna dhungana was fired from nayapatrika for making blog more interesting than his contribution to the paper, and he wrote a  blog explaining what happened. I guess, he'll be happy to be heard.
