Hey guys i m going to nepal this december but i need some suggestion from u guys, Coz i got a ticket in my work while woking for sellling beer to minor n i have to go to court n do the community service. now the case is already dismissed. Does it matter in the immigration while returning back to US. Does anyone been to nepal having same incidence. need some reliable n serious suggestion plzzzzzz. thanx for reading!!!!!!!!!!

Personally, I have not heard about any difficulties in coming back even for Nepalese who had violation records or been in Jail for sometime. And in your case, I don't think this is a crime that the personnels at the port of entry should restrict you from entering US. Still, will be safe to ask a Lawyer.

Thanx Sayaptri!!!! for the the suggestion. But u know i m in F1 visa n u know F1 students r not supposed to work n if they see selling beer to minor then may be they gonna ask some question regarding this. Any one with same problems plzzzzzzzz plzzzzz put some experience. thanxxx
