Dear friends, I have a question for u guys. I was selected for the 2011 electronic diversity visa and I got my second letter notifying that my interview has been scheduled for September 7, 2011 @ Kathmandu, Embassy of the united states. At first I was thinking of doing AOS (Adjustment of Status) but now I found out that it usually takes longer time and I have little time to do so. So, I thought that It would be easier if I go back to Nepal and collect some documents including birth certificate, police records, medicals and educational requirements and I should be good to go. But the thing is that i actually don’t want to go to Nepal at this time. So, what do you guys think? Your suggestions will be highly appreciated. I hope some of the sajha users might have gone through this. Hence I would like to seek some serious insights in this matter. How easy was it processing from Nepal. I'm in f1 status with good academics. Thank you guys for your time. View/Share this post only
